SHIPPING

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer both Pick-up and delivery via third-party agents. The pick-up option means that you can come to our warehouse to pick-up your item once you’ve been notified that’s its ready. The delivery on the other hand means that we will deliver to your specified address. Pick-up is free but delivery comes at a cost that is dependent on the size of item been purchased and the delivery location.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No we do not ship internationally for now.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Products are usually delivered between 2-3 weeks from when your order was placed, in some circumstances it could take up to 6 weeks, depending on the size of the order, location and our logistics partners

PAYMENT

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Online payments via PAYSTACK and Direct bank deposit to our Bank Account. Clients making bank deposit can stagger payments to make initial deposits and then balance before pick-up or delivery. We do not offer Payment on delivery.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Payments are processed on PAYSTACK’s secure engine, and we do not store or save card details, optionally client can make direct deposits.

How do I place an Order?

PLACING AN ORDER – STEP BY STEP If you are interested in any of our products and wish to purchase it, please follow our instructions on how to place an order. 1. Click on the product that you are interested in. 2. Click “ADD TO CART” button on the right. 3. Now you can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s contents, by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner. Step 1 4. When you click on the shopping cart’s icon, its content will show up on the right. If you want to buy all of the items, click on the “CHECK OUT” button. STEP 2 In the shopping cart’s preview you can see a list of the products you have chosen, together with their quantity and price. If you want to remove a product from the shopping cart, click on the "x" on the right side of the price. If you want to change the quantity, click on +/- button next to the quantity and wait for a moment. In a short while, the shopping cart will be updated. If you have a promo code, click on the “PROMO CODE” button on the left and a box will pop up. Enter your promo code in the box and click “APPLY”. If the code is correct, the price will be reduced. If the price does not change, please check the promotion’s rules and conditions and make sure that it applies to the items in your cart. To continue, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”. STEP 3 If you are a registered customer, please sign in. If you are not, you can sign up by clicking on “CREATE AN ACCOUNT”. You can also place an order as a guest (without registration) by clicking on “CONTINUE WITHOUT REGISTRATION”. STEP 4 Enter your shipping details by filling in all fields marked with an "*". Ensure that your data is correct and then select your preferred shipping method. STEP 5 After logging in, signing up or entering shipping details, please select your preferred shipping method. The table presents available shipping methods together with shipping costs and estimated delivery times. Available delivery methods: 1. Buyer Pick-up 2. Direct Delivery STEP 6 Select your payment method: Direct Bank Deposit – Make payment directly into our bank account and send proof of payment to hello@hapoti.ng PAYSTACK payments Services – make Payment using variety of options (USSD, BANK TRANSFERS, CARD PAYMENTS) etc After you choose your preferred payment method, agree to have your personal data processed and agree to the terms and conditions, please click on the “Order and pay” button. IMPORTANT NOTE If you selected an online payment service, you will be redirected to the online payment service’s website in order to pay for your order. If you selected “Bank Deposit” payment method, your order will be on pending till your payment is confirmed and you will see the order’s summary. After you click on „Leave a comment”, a box will pop up – here you can type a comment regarding your order. STEP 7 Check your mailbox - you should receive an order confirmation email.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled as orders are produced on demand. But you can always reachout to us at hello@hapoti.ng

Do I need an account to place an order?

No you do not
